Once your order leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

  • Customs (for international orders)

  • Incorrect addresses

are outside our control and not grounds for refunds.


4. Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the package is considered complete. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You are responsible for reshipping costs

  • No refunds will be issued

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Outsider Lifestyle is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If an issue occurs:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • File a claim with them using your tracking number

We will assist when possible but are not responsible for carrier errors.


7. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Taxes

  • Import charges

We do not control these fees and do not issue refunds for refused or unclaimed international shipments.


8. Preorders & Limited Drops

Preorder and limited-release items ship on or around the stated ship date.

Shipping timelines for these items are estimates and may change. By purchasing preorder or drop items, you acknowledge and accept possible delays.


9. No Shipping Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delays, missed delivery windows, or carrier issues do not qualify for shipping refunds.
