RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Outsider Lifestyle (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order on our site, you agree to this policy in full. No exceptions outside what’s written here.


1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final by default.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color preference

  • Changed mind

  • Shipping delays

  • Missed delivery windows

Read product details carefully before checkout.


2. Limited Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Original tags are attached

  • The return request is submitted within [X] days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Written approval is granted by Outsider Lifestyle

Any return sent without approval will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.


3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited drops or exclusive releases

  • Preorder items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Once these items are purchased, the transaction is complete.


4. No Responsibility After Delivery

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Outsider Lifestyle assumes no responsibility.

This includes:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Packages taken from doorsteps, mailboxes, or common areas

Delivery confirmation equals fulfillment. No refunds or replacements will be issued.


5. Return Requests

To request a return (if eligible), email:

Approval is required before shipping anything back.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • No prepaid labels

  • No shipping refunds

  • No reimbursement for return shipping

Use a trackable shipping method — lost return packages are not our responsibility.


7. Refunds (If Approved)

If a return is approved and passes inspection:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may:

  1. Return the approved item

  2. Place a new order separately

Inventory is not reserved.


9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

We reserve the right to determine the resolution, including replacement, store credit, or refund.


10. Chargebacks & Policy Abuse

Chargebacks made in bad faith or attempts to bypass our policies may result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Permanent banning from future purchases

  • Evidence submission to payment processors

We document and dispute fraudulent claims.


11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued purchases indicate acceptance of the current version.
